As millions of devout pilgrims embark on the sacred journey to Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath, Hindu Help Line (HHL) has mobilized over 500 trained Sevaks across key Uttarakhand transit points including Rishikesh, Haridwar, Dehradun, Joshimath, and Rudraprayag.

- Emergency Medical First Aid & Oxygen Support: Deployed at high-altitude halt points to alleviate acute mountain sickness (AMS) in collaboration with India Health Line.
- Vehicle Breakdown & Towing Coordination: Immediate assistance for flat tyres, engine overheating, and fuel shortage on steep mountain ghats.
- Interstate Language Assistance: Volunteer interpreters fluent in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Gujarati, and Marathi assisting non-Hindi speaking devotees.
- Dharamshala & Clean Halts: Guidance to safe accommodation and free langar facilities.
